Order Processing

- Orders received before 12:00 PM WITA (Bali Time) will be dispatched on the same day, excluding weekends and public holidays.

-Orders received after 12:00 PM WITA (Bali Time) will be processed and shipped on the next business day.

-Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are calculated based on weight (per kilogram), unless specific carrier provisions apply. Final costs will be displayed at checkout and confirmed via your transaction email.

-Tracking: A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched.

Payments

We accept the following payment methods:

Direct Bank Transfer: We accept payments via direct transfer to our multi-currency corporate account at Permata Bank, Indonesia. We support various global currencies, including Indonesian Rupiah (IDR), US Dollar (USD), Australian Dollar (AUD), Euro (EUR), and Chinese Yuan (CNY).

 

Please contact us for bank details. All transaction fees incurred are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Currency Policy

Our website lists prices in USD for the convenience of our international customers. In accordance with Bank Indonesia regulations regarding the mandatory use of Rupiah, all transactions conducted within Indonesia will be processed in IDR. For international transactions, foreign currency values will be converted based on the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction through our payment provider.
