We Ship Worldwide from our studio in Sanur, Bali, Indonesia. Your item travels safely with FedEx and DHL.

If you're in Bali, you can also choose direct delivery or pick-up at our studio by appointment. Feel free to contact us to make schedule a visit.

Depending on your country, duties and taxes may apply upon delivery. These are your responsibility, and paying them will release your order from customs. If you’re unsure, your local customs office can give you the best information. In rare cases where customs refuses release and returns the package to us, we’ll refund you minus any duties or taxes we had to cover. If customs destroys the package, we won’t be able to offer a refund.

All levies and customs duties pertaining to the country of destination are the sole responsibility of the Purchaser. We advise consulting your local authorities for further guidance. In accordance with legal mandates, we are obliged to declare the full purchase price on all documentation and provide formal invoices for inspection should they be required.
