We shipworldwide from our studio in Sanur, Bali, Indonesia. Your item travels safely with FedEx and DHL.

In Indonesia, we ship with JNE. If you're in Bali, you can also choose direct delivery or pick-up at our studio by appointment. Feel free to contact us to make a schedule visit.

Depending on your country, duties and taxes may apply upon delivery. These are your responsibility, and paying them will release your order from customs. If you’re unsure, your local customs office can give you the best information. In rare cases where customs refuses release and returns the package to us, we’ll refund you minus any duties or taxes we had to cover. If customs destroys the package, we won’t be able to offer a refund.


At checkout, simply enter your address and our system will let you know if we can ship to your country and what the shipping fees.

Direct Bank Transfer: We accept payments via direct transfer to our multi-currency corporate account at Permata Bank, Indonesia. We support various global currencies, including Indonesian Rupiah (IDR), US Dollar (USD), Australian Dollar (AUD), Euro (EUR), and Chinese Yuan (CNY).

Currency Policy

Our website lists prices in USD for the convenience of our international customers. In accordance with Bank Indonesia regulations regarding the mandatory use of Rupiah, all transactions conducted within Indonesia will be processed in IDR. For international transactions, foreign currency values will be converted based on the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction through our payment provider.
