Refund policy

Customers are encouraged to ask questions about the items they are interested in and request additional photos if desired before making a purchase. We strive to display our products as accurately as possible through the photos and descriptions provided. If you are not satisfied that the item you purchased has been accurately described or has been damaged during shipping, we will provide a full refund or store credit under the following conditions:

-For your convenience, we ask for your cooperation in documenting every order received with an unboxing video (opening the package). The video must be recorded in its entirety, from the time the package is unsealed to the physical inspection of the item. If there are any issues with your order, this video will be the primary requirement for warranty claims or returns. We reserve the right to reject claims for damaged or missing items if video evidence is not provided.

-We will be notified within 2 days of receipt of the item and of your intention to return it.
